When using powerful cooking equipment there is always a risk of being injured. Unfortunately, hands, arms and the face are most prone to this. This machine drastically minimizes the risk of being burnt, as the naans/rotis are loaded and unloaded away from the intense heat.
Normal ovens take between 30- 50 minutes to heat up. This machine takes only 5- 10 minutes!!! That’s a big difference! As a result of this you will save a lot of Gas just in the initial heating up! We use British made radiant heat gas burners which save you 30% of the gas usage of a normal oven.

A regular oven needs to be kept on a constant medium setting at least, even during quiet times. The pilot mechanism on this machine means you only need to leave the pilot on. You can turn up the heat as and when required and it will be ready to go within a few minutes.
This naan and roti oven has a variable speed controller. This means depending on your cooking and recipe style you can increase and decrease the speed of the rotation in order to get the perfect end result. The texture and taste of your naans and rotis will be generic meaning consistent quality.
